Position Summary ASC has over 50 years in business as a leader in the material handling and rigging industry and is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team.
ASC provides rigging products and services to companies across the nation and is headquartered in East Hazel Crest, IL.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.
Duties & Responsibilities Acquire thorough knowledge of product line and services.
Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day to day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, quotes, and lead times.
Accepting and preparing orders, maintaining order files, invoicing, and satisfying request for order follow-up.
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring options; implementing solutions; escalating unsolved discrepancies.
Process customer order returns, change requests, etc.
Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, and/or inside sales or counter sales.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer proficiency.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
