Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
This position will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Fast paced office - Multitasking with accuracy a must - Typing proposals accurately - Answer and screen phone calls, taking accurate messages - Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry - Prepare and proofread documents - Perform other duties as assigned - Hours needed:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - Seasonal work Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus - Excellent computer literacy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
