Skilled Nursing Healthcare - Wound Care Nurse Duties Include but are not limited to:
Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weeklyResponsible for all treatments required by licensed nurses on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times.
Evaluate high-risk patients for pressure reduction intervention methodsConduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policyRound with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residentsWound Care Nurse Requirements/
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter, hard-working and dedicated professional willing to join our team.
Current and valid RN or LPN license in the State of ILActive CPR CertificatePoint Click a PlusWound care certification desiredExcellent communication skillsExperience in LTC preferred but not requiredPositive attitude and a team player About the Company:
